Purchasing
A piece I like has sold. Can you make another?
Yes! I would love to make something especially for you. It won’t be exactly the same, but it will be yours. Contact me to tell me about what you’d like and I’ll get to work for you.
Can you frame the art for me?
I’d be happy to. Just contact me for more information about framing options and cost. For most pieces I know the standard framing cost for a black, white, or natural wood frame and can handle all of it for you.
How much of the purchase price goes to the artist?
All of it.
Shipping
How is my purchase shipped?
All artwork is shipped insured via UPS or USPS unless otherwise noted. Please let me know if you’d like to require signature at delivery or have any other special requests. I don’t like taking chances with accidental damage, missed deliveries, or packages being left outside where they could be subject to weather damage or theft. I want you to receive your art!
Can you ship faster?
Sure! Just contact me. I’ll find out what you need, what it would cost, and we’ll make it happen. The fulfillment center here is staffed by an actual human being (me) who is always happy to help.
My package arrived damaged. What do I do?
All shipments are insured for the value of the artwork. I advise that you request a signature at delivery. That allows you to inspect the package prior to signing for it in order to address any damage concerns immediately. This can help speed up the claim process significantly. Otherwise, please follow the UPS Damaged Package Claim Process or review the USPS loss or damage claim form depending on your method of shipment.
Do you ship internationally or outside the continental US?
Yes! Just contact me with your address so I can find out how much it will cost. I’ll be happy to hold any artwork you’re interested in until we get shipping figured out.
Returns
Can I return something I bought?
Of course. I want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns must be shipped fully insured and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me for detailed information on how to properly pack and ship a return. Undamaged returns will be fully refunded minus any initial shipping and handling charges.
